Why am I an apprentice at Welland & Tuxhorn AG?

What made me decide to do my apprenticeship at Welland & Tuxhorn were the excellent working conditions and the very high likelihood of being taken on at the end of it.
But some of the other benefits, such as the job ticket, holiday pay and Christmas bonus, and the company’s own training workshop, also played an important part. As well as this, I could sense how good the working atmosphere is the first time I visited the company. (Apprenticeship as industrial mechanic)

When I did work experience here, I noticed that there’s a very nice atmosphere here, and I felt very happy. Even though the company is so big, I felt the staff have a friendly relationship towards each other. The very varied work appealed to me too.
